Terms of Service

GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any commission outside my abilities or comfort level.
• If I do not receive a response within 1 week of an update requiring feedback, I may proceed with the commission as is.
• Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Skeb Sketches are a "surprise-me" format based on the information provided and do not include revisions.

PAYMENTS & FEES
• Payment is due upfront in full through the agreed platform unless installments are approved.
• Proposals must be paid within 2 weeks of approval or may be declined.
• Additional fees may apply:

◦ Rush: $20, subject to availability
◦ NDA: $100 to exclude artwork from public display and promotional use
◦ Commercial rights purchased after completion cost $25 for streamer use or $60 for   merchandise use.}

REVISIONS
• Up to 2 free revisions are available during the sketch phase, except for Skeb Sketches. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
• No changes are available after sketch approval unless correcting an error on my part, which will be fixed at no cost.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
• Commissions may take up to 1 month, depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal circumstances. I will communicate significant delays.
• Rush requests are subject to availability and the additional fee listed above.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE
• I retain ownership and applicable rights to my artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership.
• You may display, share with credit to @ooliebot, and print artwork for personal use.
• You may not use artwork commercially without permission, claim it as your own, remove signatures or watermarks, resell or redistribute it, or use it for AI training, AI datasets, or NFTs.
• I may display commissions on social media, in my portfolio, and for promotion. I may also create prints or merchandise featuring fanart commissions. An NDA must be purchased to opt out of public display and promotional use.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• You may cancel before payment. Once payment is received, refunds are generally unavailable, though partial refunds may be considered depending on the circumstances and work completed.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue an appropriate refund.

FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
